Jens Christian Bennedsen was a Danish painter best known for his seascapes and landscapes. He also painted scenes from the theatre. He studies at the Academy of Fine arts in Copenhagen and in Rome. His work is represented in museums such as the Nivaagaards Marlerismling Museum in Denmark
