Fabian Lundqvist (1913-89) studied at the Skåne School of Art in the 1940s and later under Andre Lhote, the noted art teacher and early cubist painter, in Paris in 1948. He held many exhibitions in Sweden during his lifetime. His work now has a strong international following.
