I welcome you as a friend of Women's Suffrage.

There is a facsimile signature of the president Millicent Garrett Fawcett. 

A box at the bottom then reads:

 _  Society within the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies.

The space for the name and the name of the society has been left blank.

Excellent condition. Light foxing.

An important piece of Suffragist memorabilia that was issued to members of the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies during Fawcett's presidency which ran from 1897-1919 .
