Red guilloche enamel clip-on earrings, Finn Jensen, Norway c 1960s

Red guilloche enamel on silver gilt poppy earrings by Finn Jensen of Norway c 1960s. The are marked Norway Sterling 925S and bear the triangular mark of Finn Jensen. Excellent vintage condition.

Finn Jensen ( – 1976) was an apprentice to Norwegian jeweller Jacob Tostrup. He went into partnership with Knut Aamodt then in 1953 he became the sole owner of his own company producing guilloche enamel jewellery in Oslo. His designs included abstract pieces and others inspired by nature. His workshop continued to produce jewellery after his death.
