Arne Jutrem (1929-2005) was a Norwegian glass designer. He studied art in Norway and Paris before joining Hadeland to produce glass designs in 1950. He was winner of the prestigious Lunning prize in 1959 and received a gold medal at the Milan Triennale in 1954. In his later life in returned to being a painter though did produce some further glass designs for Hadeland in the 1980s. He is currently not as well known as some of his contemporary glass designers from Finland and Sweden but his work has a distinctive style and is of the highest quality.
