Necklace with small pendant and handmade bar chain by Finnish jewellery designer and maker Matti J Hyvärinen. the pendant measures 1.4 x 1.6 cm and the chain is approximaely 50 cm long. Both the pendant and chain are marked with the maker's mark MJH and 925 for Sterling silver.
Excellent vintage condition.
Matti Hyvärinen established his own company, Sirokoru Ltd, in 1958. With a career spanning 60 years he produced many designs and was the only Finnish designer ever to win the Diamonds International Awards competition.
