Fritz Kallenberg freeform glass dish for Boda, Sweden from the late 1940s or early 1950s. Rare piece. Signed to the base: Boda 2349/8. This piece has similarities to designs produced in France at the Daum factory

Excellent Condition

Fritz Kallenberg  worked at Boda from the 1920s and was mostly involved in the production of glass tablewares. A few art pieces were produced in his time before the better known Erik Höglund became artistic director at Boda in 1953. This piece is from before that date as it does not have Höglund's signature H in the mark.
